Updated: May 12, 2021

My goal is to empower you to reach your health goals by accompanying you as you navigate our complex healthcare system. Allow me to help you express your voice and concerns to your medical team to ensure best-in-class outcomes. My role is informational and facilitates better communication, which can contribute to better results.

Here is a sampling of commonly requested services:

  • Support you to promote your rights as we navigate through the healthcare system

  • Ensure you are informed and confident about the decisions you are making and assist you in achieving the best overall health outcome

  • Facilitate Doctor-patient communications

  • Provide bedside support and companionship when you are in the hospital

  • Oversee any patient safety concerns

  • Partner with you on any treatment or discharge options that need to be researched

  • Assist you in understanding your insurance coverage and remedying billing issues

  • Help understand your bills and claims and what you are responsible for financially

  • Accompany you to doctors' appointments (in person or virtually) and establish goals with your providers

  • Computer/technical support in navigating your patient portal

  • Provide compassion during overwhelming health situations/help establish goals for yourself

  • Assist clients in keeping track of and understanding medications and procedures

If you need a service that is not listed above, let's have a conversation to see if I can serve you or refer you to a colleague.
